No. A product URL is one way to give Upadz product context quickly, but it is not required for every workflow. You can also work from saved products, brand information, uploaded assets, research, and creative references.

No. Upadz writes the script, has an AI creator perform it, and adds the captions, on-screen hook, call to action and music for you. A built-in editor is there if you want to change something, but a finished ad does not need editing.

Yes. Video ads can use a native UGC look, with an AI creator speaking to the camera, and AI Influencers let you create a reusable AI creator and keep the same face across campaigns. The AI creator presents your product the way an actor reads a script; under the Upadz AI Content policy it must never be presented as a real customer's testimonial.

Yes. Ad Remix lets you use an existing creative as a reference and adapt its structure, hook logic, pacing, or creative approach to your own product. Upadz creates new creative for your brand rather than simply copying the original footage, script, or brand assets.

You keep the rights in what you upload, and as between you and Upadz you may use the ads you generate commercially, subject to other people's rights and applicable law. The details are in the Upadz AI Content policy.

Yes, you can start free. The Free plan includes 50 one-time credits, enough for 1 finished video ad or 8 static ads, with no credit card and no watermark. The credits are added once and do not renew every month; paid plans start at $49/month.

Credits are used across AI-powered creation in Upadz, and each action shows its credit cost before you start. Pro includes 500 credits a month for $49/month and Growth includes 1,050 credits a month for $99/month (or pay yearly and save 10%). Paid plans can also buy top-up credit packs, which last 12 months. Business is for brands, performance teams and agencies that need a custom credit allowance, priority support and custom onboarding, with pricing set by contract.

Yes. Upgrading from Pro to Growth applies right away: you pay the prorated difference and receive the extra credits for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and unused top-up credits stay valid.
